Since its founding in 1905 in Chicago, Illinois, Framburg Lighting has had a diverse and unique history. They have made not only commercial and residential lighting fixtures, but also search lights during WWI and WWII. Framburg Lighting also manufactured ship recognition models during WWII, so that our troops could recognize the difference between Allied and Axis ships. They pride themselves on a long, rich history and continue to proceed to design unique luminaires that are an amalgamation of metal formation, finishing and engineering. These designs have been refined throughout the generations to bring their customers one of the broadest product lines available. Framburg Lighting offers anything from formal to casual fixtures or gothic to contemporary and anywhere in between.
